This well-equipped apartment is located in a detached family home in Suberg.
From Suberg, the towns of Lyss, Bern and Biel can all be reached by car in less than 20 minutes.
The accommodation has been lovingly furnished and equipped. It offers two separate bedrooms. The first bedroom features a double bed, while the second bedroom has a folding bed that is permanently used as a single bed. The apartment is therefore suitable for up to 3 guests.
Our beautiful garden area with pavilion is available to our guests at any time.
We recommend arriving by car, as there are no shops or restaurants in our small village. A free parking space is available for our guests. Lyss and Schüpfen can both be reached comfortably by car in around 4–5 minutes.
The double bed is prepared as a double bed. If you prefer separate sleeping arrangements or would like to use both bedrooms, please let us know in advance.

Directions:
By car - From Biel to Bern:
- Take Exit 6-Lyss-Süd towards Lyss-Süd/Aarberg.
- In the roundabout, take the third exit onto Route 22 towards Lyss.
- After 100 meters, go straight in the roundabout onto Aarbergstrasse/Route 22.
- After 600 meters, continue straight in the roundabout onto Aarbergstrasse/Route 22.
- After 800 meters, take the first exit in the roundabout onto Bernstrasse/Route 6 towards Bern.
- After 1.2 km, take the second exit in the roundabout to stay on Bernstrasse/Route 6.
- After 2.3 km, just before the railway crossing in Kosthofen, turn right onto Ziegelriedstrasse.
- After 100 meters, at the first fork, turn right and drive up the road to Martinsmatt.
- After 100 meters, take the first street on the left to Hofacher.
- After 100 meters, turn left onto the crossroad leading to Hofacher 22.
The house is at the end of the street.
By car - From Bern to Biel:
- At Exit 38-Schönbühl, keep right and follow the signs for E27/A6 towards Biel/Bienne/Schönbühl.
- After 6.2 km, take Exit 8-Münchenbuchsee towards Münchenbuchsee/Schüpfen/Büren a.A/Zollikofen.
- Immediately after the exit, turn left at the intersection.
- After 400 meters, take the first exit at the roundabout (towards Lyss).
- After 6.8 km, immediately after the railway crossing (Kosthofen), turn left onto Ziegelriedstrasse.
- After 100 meters, at the first fork, turn right and drive up the road to Martinsmatt.
- After 100 meters, take the first street on the left to Hofacher.
- After 100 meters, turn left onto the crossroad leading to Hofacher 22.
The house is at the end of the street.
Train - Suberg-Grossaffoltern station:
- S3 (every 30 minutes) Bern/Lyss - 15-minute walk to the station
- On Bernstrasse/Route 6, head towards Schüpfen.
- After 700 meters, turn right before the railway crossing onto Ziegelriedstrasse.
- After 100 meters, at the first fork, turn right and drive up the road to Martinsmatt.
- After 100 meters, take the first street on the left to Hofacher.
- After 100 meters, turn left onto the crossroad leading to Hofacher 22.
The house is at the end of the street.
